Dua Lipa

Released on 3 May 2024, Dua Lipa has mentioned working on her third album many times, including on the episode called “Megan Thee Stallion” on Dua’s podcast Dua Lipa: At Your Service. Around this time, she also said her third album was already over 50% complete and even had a name she hadn’t revealed to the public. It’s been revealed that Dua was working on this album while her second studio album Future Nostalgia was still in development. According to a Rolling Stone interview, Dua wrote 97 different songs for Radical Optimism.

Future Nostalgia is Dua Lipa’s second studio album, originally released on March 27, 2020 via Warner Records. The album is a follow-up to her self-titled debut album. A new edition of the album, titled Future Nostalgia (The Moonlight Edition), was officially released on February 12, 2021, and features bonus tracks (12-19) not found on the standard edition of the album.

In 2015, “New Love” and “Be the One” were released, with the latter eventually becoming a hit and hitting the top 10 in multiple international countries. “Hotter Than Hell” helped her get signed to Warner Bros. Records, and propelled her into her first appearance in the UK Singles Chart.
